Lorry collides with car - death on the spot, four serious

A woman was killed and four others were seriously injured when an Omni car collided with a car on the way to the wedding.

The deceased is Sahana Manjunatha Shanabhagha (40), wife of a well-known hotel owner in Yellapur.

Sneha, 21, Prakash (19), Anita Anandu Shanavag (45) and Achyuta Nagase Shanabha (53) were injured.

The wedding of relatives at Ankola Taluk in Madagari was held on National Highway 63.

The victims were immediately rushed to the hospital. A case has been registered at Angola police station.
